YAVORIV, Ukraine-- Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, commander of U.S. Army Europe (middle), Lt. Gen. Pavlo Tkachuk, commander of Ukraine's Land Forces Academy (left), and Brig. Gen. Tony Aguto, commander for the 7th Army Training Command observe Soldiers conducting training, Nov. 5, at the International Peacekeeping and Security Center. Hodges was here to witness the opening of a new grenade range and observe Ukrainian Soldiers during their 55-day training rotation at the Joint Multinational Training Group-Ukraine. The U.S.-led JMTG-U is training Ukrainian land forces and building a team of Ukrainian cadre who will ultimately assume that responsibility.
