POHAKULOA TRAINING AREA, Hawaii – Marines with Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3 prepare to remove an RQ-7B Shadow unmanned aerial system after landing at Cooper Airstrip aboard Pohakuloa Training Area, Hawaii, during Exercise Lava Viper, Oct. 21, 2016. VMU-3 supported Lava Viper with their fleet of Shadows, providing aerial reconnaissance for ground assets and air units.
