Sprynczynatyk, North Dakota National Guard adjutant general, smile after the governor announced that their “Soldiers were coming home.” Hoeven was referring to the upcoming return of the National Guard soldiers from their peacekeeping mission in Kosovo. The announcement was made to family, friends and fellow Guardsmen at the Guard’s Raymond J. Bohn armory on July 9, 2010.
