A cadet with the Kubasaki High School Marine Corps Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps marches in the uniform of the continental Marines in the Revolutionary War during the 241st Marine Corps Birthday celebration at the Marine Corps Air Station Futenma mess hall Nov. 9 on MCAS Futenma, Okinawa, Japan. The uniform pageant detailed and displayed the history behind Marine Corps uniforms from its foundation in 1775 until the present day. In addition to the pageant and a special meal of steak and lobster, patrons enjoyed live music by the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Janessa K. Pon/Released)
