U.S. Army Soldiers with the 10th Army Air Defense Missile Command meet with top officials with the Romanian Air Force and NATO observers to discuss future operations during a “Patriot Shock” exercise in Capu Midia, Romania on Nov. 8, 2016. The weeklong exercise tests the unit’s quick response deployment readiness and increases joint interoperability with “Patriot” missile systems and their Romanian partners.
