Romanian press gather together and wait to interview a Member of the Romanian Air Force during a 10th Army Air Defense Command “Patriot Shock” exercise in Capu Midia, Romania on Nov. 8, 2016. The weeklong exercise tests the unit’s quick response deployment readiness and increases joint interoperability with “Patriot” missile systems and their Romanian partners.
