FORT CARSON, Colorado – A 4th Sustainment Brigade Soldier inspects 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, equipment prior to loading vehicles and containers onto train cars during rail-load operations for 3rd Brigade at the Fort Carson, Colorado, railhead, Nov. 8, 2016. The 4th Sustainment Brigade is supporting 3rd Brigade’s onward movement to Europe, where the Iron Brigade will serve a nine-month rotation in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. Soldiers from 4th Sustainment Brigade also will be present during port operations in Texas and Germany. The U.S. and partner nations conducted land, sea and air exercises and maintained a rotational presence in order to reinforce NATO security commitments in Europe. (Photo by Staff Sgt.
