Petty Officer 2nd Class Scot R. Guigli, a Seabee with the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 25, headquartered out of Fort McCoy, Wis., scraps dried cement from the exterior of the new schoolhouse at the U.S. Army South New Horizons- Haiti 2010 Georges construction site July 15. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting various medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives. New Horizons also provides valuable learning experience in a real-world environment for our U.S. forces.
