Gregory Mitzkovitz climbs up an obstacle while avoiding the red markings on the wood during Korean Marine Exchange Program 17-1 Nov. 24, 2016 at the Leadership Reaction Course at Camp Mujuk, Republic of Korea. U.S. and Republic of Korea Marines came together in teams to overcome the obstacles at the course. KMEP 17-1 seeks to maximize interoperability with ROK Marine Corps ground forces. Mitzkovitz is a rifleman from Ocala, Florida and is assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, which is forward deployed from Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, to 3rd Marine Division, based in Okinawa, Japan.
