161201-N-AC117-103 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Dec. 1, 2016) Navy Chief of Chaplains, Rear Adm. Margaret G. Kibben, tours the ship’s museum aboard the Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). Kibben, the first female two-star chaplain and first female Navy Chief of Chaplains, met with leadership from Reagan Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 5 to get a first-hand account of their religious-ministries programs. Ronald Reagan, the flagship of CSG 5, provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
