Drum, NY receives her team’s mission briefing from the incident commander of a joint training exercise held on Fort Hamilton, NY, Dec. 1, 2016. The event was the conclusion of a week long training exercise organized by the City of New York and U.S. Army North, and supervised by U.S. Northern Command.
