Team members from Robins Air Force Base, Ga., monitor the test of their water cannon, part of their counter-unmanned aerial system from inside their team trailer during the 2016 Air Force Research Laboratory Commanders Challenge at the Nevada National Security Site, Las Vegas, NV., Dec. 13, 2016. Teams were given six months to develop a complete system to aid in base defense. Robins' system is a multi-layered integrated system which uses a radar and camera system for detection and identification. It also uses a hunter killer drone for interception and a water cannon for shooting it out of the sky. (U.S. Air Force photo by Wesley Farnsworth)
