Soldiers from the 671 Engineer Battalion approach a bridge section dropped into the Arkansas River before securing and using it to build a raft designed to move troops and equipment across water obstacles. The unit is taking part in operation “River Assault” on July 19, 2010. River Assault is an engineer training exercise conducted annually by the 412th and 416th Theater Engineer Commands.
