Archeologist Mr. Jeremy Decker, a scientific recovery expert with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), creates a unit with the assistance from U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Mandy Plante, a medical technician, and U.S. Marine Sgt. Jacolby Harris, a communication technician, in the Nghe An Province, Vietnam, November 26, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
