Archeologist Mr. Jeremy Decker, a scientific recovery expert with the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), utilizes a total station to map out the site during a recovery operation in the Nghe An Province, Vietnam, December 1, 2016. DPAA deployed seven experts to the area in hopes of recovering the remains of military personnel unaccounted-for from the Vietnam War.
