"Joining the military was the right thing to do for me," said Staff Sgt. Christopher Lewis a chaplain assistant with the 316th Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), an Army Reserve unit from Coraopolis, Pa."I've always held myself to a high moral standard and being a Chaplains Assistant in the Army gives me the ability to remain true to my values and beliefs while serving the Soldiers around me," Lewis added. The 316th ESC is currently deployed to Camp Arifjan, Kuwait in support of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command mission of providing logistics support throughout the CENTCOM area of operations.
