Multinational partners from Brazil and Chile speak with participants April 3 during the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise 2016 at Fort Bliss, Texas. They are exploring operational contract support concepts to develop an understanding and gauge possible application for improved interoperability. OCSJX-16 is designed to exercise the full spectrum of contract support from operational through tactical levels involving more than 500 uniformed and civilian joint, interagency and multinational participants.
