Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 7 erect an OE-254 antenna during a training exercise at Camp Mitchell, Naval Station in Rota, Spain. The OE-254 antenna is used for very high frequency communication between ground forces and adjacent units. NMCB-7 and its detachments are deployed to the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility to provide construction and engineering support.
