Rear Adm. Ron Horton, Commander, Task Force 73, leads a U.S. Navy delegation during discussions with the Vietnamese People's Committee of Da Nang City. Personnel assigned to CTF-73 and the guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain are taking part in several events throughout the week to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States. The crew of John S. McCain will conduct the first-ever training exchanges between the U.S. Navy and the Vietnamese People's Navy.
