CAMP LEMONIER, Djibouti (Sept. 28, 2006) - Navy Personnel Command's Command Master Chief, Chief of Naval Operations-Directed Master Chief (SS) John Walker, answers a question during an All-Hands Call at Camp Lemonier, Sept. 28. Walker, along with other master chiefs from Navy's Manpower, Training and Education (MPT&E) command, spent a weeklong visit in the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command's area of responsibility familiarizing themselves with the roles of "boots-on-ground" Sailors.
