CAMP LEMONIER, Djibouti (Sept. 28, 2006) - Navy Recruiting Command's Command Master Chief, Chief of Naval Operations-Directed Master Chief (SW/AW) Evelyn Banks, answers a question during an All-Hands Call at Camp Lemonier, Sept. 28.
