U.S. Army Sergeant Jason Henderson, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division paratrooper, talks to his significant other during Operation Devil Strike at Pope Army Airfield, N.C., July 12, 2016. Henderson and his unit was tasked with performing a static line jump from a C-17 Globemaster III into a simulated combat zone later that evening. The exercise showcased the Global Response Force's ability to deploy on short notice.
