Soldiers from Alpha Company, 1 Battalion 153 Infantry Regiment completed a Leaders Reaction Course (LRC) January 12, 2017 at Fort Bliss, Tx. This course allows leaders to take a step back and gives lower enlisted Soldiers the opportunity to show their leadership abilities. Every leadership style is different. It is important for the Army take time to learn each skill set the individuals in the company have. The LRC also builds character and confidence, something the Arkansas Army National Guard holds to high standards.
