SAN DIEGO (Feb. 6, 2017) Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Willie Perry, a native of Newark N.J., directs a carrier air crash crane (CVCC), or "Tilly," on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
