Marta Gonzalez, Carolina, Puerto Rico, a former military truck driver, now a U.S. Army sergeant with the LMTs, speak to Millorad Arsia, a Kosovo Police officer in Zegra/Zheger about the recent change in staff in the KP. Building a good relationship with the KP is very important and very helpful when issues arise in the communities.
