Puerto Rico National Guard Soldier Sgt. Gisela Maldonado, a former petroleum supply specialist, now a U.S. Army sergeant with the 192nd Liaison Monitoring Team for Multinational Battle Group East, holds a 3-year-old girl that is still unable to walk. Maldonado and her fellow LMT Soldiers visited several poverty stricken families living in Kosovo to see what their greatest needs are.
