Iraqi residents review their job documentation papers outside a job fair, Sept. 4, at the Iraqi-Based Industrial Zone, near Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq. The fair, run by I-BIZ partners, was held for Iraqi residents who were relieved of the jobs due to the transition to stability forces. The residents had a chance to network with local employers and apply for jobs that are parallel to their skill levels, such as construction work, welding, carpentry and other trades.
