Iraqi residents give their work history information to a local employer in the Salah ad-Din province, Sept. 4, during a job fair at the Iraqi-Based Industrial Zone, near Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Iraq. The fair, run by I-BIZ partners, was held for Iraqi residents who were relieved of the jobs due to the transition to stability forces. The residents had a chance to network with local employers and apply for jobs that are parallel to their skill levels, such as construction work, welding, carpentry and other trades.
