Soldiers from various units associated with the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade participate in a skiing training session at Whitetail Ridge Ski Area on Jan. 27, 2017, as part of the Cold-Weather Operations Course at Fort McCoy, Wis. The Cold-Weather Operations Course is the first of its kind coordinated by the Directorate of Plans, Mobilization, Training and Security, or DPTMS.
