U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Ricardo Camel, an air advisor to the Iraqi security forces, discusses operations with an Iraqi Air Force pilot and operations officer at the Ninevah Operations Center, Makhmour, Iraq, Feb. 10, 2017. The NOC is a combined operation that enables staff to coordinate events in real time on maps, computers and documents. Camel is deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve to enable his Iraqi security force partners through the advise and assist mission, contributing planning, intelligence collection and analysis, force protection, and precision fires to achieve the military defeat of ISIL.
