Capt. Thomas Frey, air officer with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Central Command, obtains targeting data during a close air support exercise while forward deployed in the Middle East Feb. 9, 2017. Coalition interoperability was the primary mission of the event and was an opportunity for the joint terminal attack controllers to become more proficient with their skills.
