NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Jan. 5, 2017) -- Boatswain's Mate 3rd Class Channing Mack, assigned to Pre-Commissioning Unit Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78), is presented with a boatswain's pipe by Chief Warrant Officer Tony Cochran, the ship's Bos'n, after being frocked to petty officer third class during a frocking ceremony in the ship's foc'sle.
