Petty Officer 3rd Class Jorge Bustillos, an electronics technician, pilots the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) from the Secondary Conning Station during a steering drill. The Secondary Conning Station can be used to steer Ronald Reagan in the event bridge navigations are unavailable.
