Petty Officer 3rd Class Alexander S. Tidd, a mass communication specialist of Santa Rosa, Calif., performs Taps at a ceremony commemorating Sept. 11, 2001, in the chapel of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). During the ceremony, Chief Petty Officer Selectees assigned to Ronald Reagan performed "Eternal Father," and members of the command Religious Ministries Department delivered reflections on their own experiences from Sept. 11.
