Benjamin McPhearson, a boy scout from the Boy Scouts of America Troop 897, located in Newnan, Georgia lowers a piece of an American flag into a fire during an official flag retirement ceremony held by the American Legion Post 57 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2667 at the Legion and VFW headquarters in Newnan, Georgia March 4.
