Airmen from the 3rd Wing and Alaska Air National Guard were sworn in as an assistant dedicated crew chiefs, dedicated crew chiefs and flying crew chiefs during the recognition ceremony on March 9, 2017 at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska.
