Jason Kirk at the 2017 USACE Engineering Career Day held February 24 in Jacksonville, Fla. The USACE competition promotes Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) program. STEM is a national education program focused on preparing the workforce of tomorrow by encouraging students today to STEM.
