SAN DIEGO (Mar. 13, 2017) Sailors, assigned to Beachmaster Unit ONE (BMU-1), return to the beach via the Lighter Amphibious Resupply Cargo-Vehicle (LARC-V) during Defense Combat Operations (DCO) training. The DCO course is designed to train Sailors on weapons familiarization, tactical movement, provide security during beach operations, understand basic combat medicine, basic navigation and to extract hostile engagements.
