Lance Cpls. Krystin Williamson and Larry Harris, unmanned aerial vehicle mechanics with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 1, Marine Air Control Group 38, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (Forward), check over a UAV after its flight, Sept. 22. At least one of six UAVs are operational during a 24-hour period to provide over watch to Marines on the ground throughout the area of operation. The aircraft fly missions to provide surveillance, reconnaissance and intelligence information.
