Seaman Allison Mulligan, boatswain's mate, hurries across the flight deck after removing the chocks and from an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to guided-missile frigate USS Elrod aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is currently assigned to Combined Task Force 151, a multinational task force established in January 2009 to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden and the east coast of Somalia. CTF 151 is currently commanded by Turkish navy Rear Adm. Sinan Ertugrul.
