Lt.j.g Elizabeth Adkins uses an anemometer to check the wind speed and direction aboard amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is currently assigned to Combined Task Force 151, the multinational task force established in January 2009 to conduct counter-piracy operations in the Gulf of Aden and the east coast of Somalia. CTF 151 is currently commanded by Turkish navy Rear Adm. Sinan Ertugrul.
