Runners take off at the start of the III Corps “Historical Half,” a half marathon that took them through Camps Victory and Liberty, Sept. 26, to commemorate the 92nd anniversary of the beginning of the Meuse-Argonne Campaign in 1918. That campaign marked the first combat action the Corps was involved in.
