CAMP LIBERTY, Iraq – Nestor Delos Santos (left), from Manila, Philippines, dining manager, Gulf Catering Company, and Narayanan Puri, from Nepal, take down chairs in preparation for the dinner meal Oct. 2 at the 4th Infantry Division's "Oasis" Dining Facility. The facility feeds more than 30,000 Soldiers a month. It is supervised by Soldiers from the Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, but also employs civilians working for Kellogg, Brown and Root and GCC.
