Members of the Tri-State Initiative for Outreach and Communication delegation take photos of a live Coconut Rhinoceros Beetle (CRB) larva during a visit hosted by Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii, Hawaii Department of Agriculture (HDOA), and Hawaii Natural Resources Committee on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, March 13, 2017. The Tri-State Initiative, which includes several representatives from the HDOA, the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the California Dept. of Agriculture, was created to collaborate on different ways each state approaches invasive species.
