George Perez, 504th Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, after a dinner held for Operation Proper Exit Soldiers, March 19, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. Perez is one of six Soldiers who participated in this round of OPE, which is a program that brings wounded warriors back to the battle field and subsequently allows them to “properly exit” theater.
