U.S. Army Spc. James Taylor, a movement control specialist with the 793rd Movement Control Team, checks off a vehicle leaving the cargo ship “Liberty Passion” at the port of Constanta, Romania on March 31. The ship had delivered more than 200 pieces of equipment to various logistical units serving under a rotational combat sustainment support battalion. The U.S. forces are in Romania as part of Operation Atlantic Resolve, a multi-nation effort between the U.S. and her Allies and partners to enhance regional stability and to deter aggression throughout Eastern Europe.
