Contractors, Department of Army Civilians with the 7th Army Training Command, and U.S. Soldiers from Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 8th Infantry Regiment,3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division.in Smardan, Romania work to place HESCO defensive barriers into position for the installation of the new Moving Armor Target (MAT) system, Apr. 5, 2017. The targeting system can move a tank silhouette target at speeds up to 20 miles per hour for up to 340 meters.
