Tyler Payne, a Princeton, Minnesota native and competitive shooting Soldier with the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, fires his pistol during the 2017 U.S. Practical Shooting Association Multi-Gun Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 15.
