170502-N-RU971-326 SASEBO, Japan (May 2, 2017) Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Christopher Noboa, from New York, left, and Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class Andrew Atchison, Belton, Texas, both assistant command fitness leaders for the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), demonstrate a proper sit-up during a physical readiness test (PRT) in Nimitz Park. The PRT is a standard Navy fitness test and is conducted twice a year. Bonhomme Richard, forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan, is serving forward to provide a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
