Lt. Col. Donald Franklin, Deputy Commander, 3rd Special Forces Group (A), gives the Honorable John McHugh, Secretary of the Army, a tour of various Special Forces’ equipment and capabilities during his visit to the Special Operations Command on Oct. 29, 2010, in the Bull Simmons Memorial Plaza. 3D Special Forces Group (Airborne) conducted a Modular Demonstration. The Secretary is visiting Fort Bragg, North Carolina in order to attend a conference and to visit with the Major Commands headquarterd on the instalation.
